a) Take in your arms on your shoulder like when you put it to burp and push the legs upwards with bent knees. So you press the tummy and helps to send gas to cause pain.

b) Lay on your back, bend the feet in and do the massage on the tummy in a circular motion and pushing it slightly above the clothes.

c) Lay face down on your feet, bend knees and hold for so little.

d) Give the drink lukewarm camomile.

Certainly any of this will relieve.
