Ingredients:
1,5 cup oats
1 dark chocolate
¾ cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ teaspoon coffee powder Nescafe
1 teaspoon sugar, for covering chocolate granules
Or coconut, or crushed walnuts
 
Method:
   In a small pot with ½ cup of water put the ½ teaspoon Nescafe, the 1 teaspoon sugar and only 1 teaspoon of the cocoa powder and bring them to boil. As soon as it starts boiling you add the margarine and the dark chocolate to melt, then remove the pot from heat. Now add the rest of the cocoa powder, the oats and the icing sugar, stir to blend well all the ingredients. From this mixture, shape small balls and cover them all around with the granulated chocolate.
   Note: a) if your mixture comes out thin add more oats or if you prefer them more sweet increase the icing sugar.
b) if you do not like oats, you can use crumbled biscuits instead (1,5 packet any biscuits of your choice).
