MATERIALS:
6 sardines peeled from the bone
1 broccoli or 2 medium zucchini
2 medium potatoes
1 small onion
3 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
the juice of 1/4 lemon
1 tsp. tablespoon ground walnut powder
a pinch of salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS: Put in a pan the 1 tsp. of olive oil, lemon juice and 1 cup. coffee little water, cook the sardines there for five minutes. In a saucepan boil potatoes, broccoli or zucchini and onion. After you put it all together and grind and sardines with their juice together, add the remaining olive oil, walnuts, salt and ready.
