Beef, potato, carrot, baby marrow, celery



First boil the beef in pieces alone (at the beginning you remove the “foam”), for about half an hour and afterwards you add the vegetables. When it is well cooked, then you add the olive oil and the lemon juice.

Hint: after you have boiled meat or vegetables, do not throw away the left over liquid, keep it in the deep freeze in ice cubes. In order not to mix them up when it is time to use them, store the ice cubes in plastic containers on which you write what it is. This is really useful, believe me, you can use it to cook any other soup (e.g. with pasta) and in no time you can prepare something absolutely delicious.
