1. Hold the baby in your arms against your shoulder, the same way as for burping and push its legs upwards, its knees bent. As a result of this, the baby’s belly is pressed and this helps to expel the wind that causes the colic.
2. Put the baby down on its back, bend its knees and massage its belly over the clothing with circular movements, pressing lightly.
3. Put the baby on your lap, facing downwards, bend its knees and keep it like this for a while.
4. Give the baby to drink some lukewarm chamomile.
